SWEAT208 is proudly owned by mother-daughter duo Carrie and Brooke, who share a passion for fitness, community, and creating a space where people feel welcomed, challenged, and inspired.

Carrie, originally from Montana, brings her small-town roots and love of community to SWEAT208. Brooke was raised right here in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, making this studio and the community surrounding it especially close to home.

For Carrie and Brooke, SWEAT208 is about so much more than a workout. It’s about building a community where people can show up as they are, push themselves, have fun, and leave feeling stronger than when they walked in.

Owning SWEAT208 together has given this mom-and-daughter team the opportunity to combine family, fitness, and their love for the Coeur d’Alene community. Their goal is simple: great music, incredible energy, challenging workouts, and a studio that feels like home.
