STRENGTH

the class: tailored to all fitness levels, we’ll cover base movement patterns with opportunities to challenge yourself on technique, tempo, and weight load. intense interval-based strength and metabolic conditioning using circuits and sets. this class is all about low-impact, high-intensity compound movements to target both large and small muscle groups. always full body, always fun.
